My approach is integrative and relational - our connection is the foundation of the work. Every person is unique, and together we shape a journey that feels right for you.
Some of the approaches I may draw on include:
Compassion-Focused Therapy – nurturing self-kindness
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – easing anxiety and unhelpful thought patterns
Attachment Theory – exploring how early relationships shape emotions
Faith and Culture-Informed Therapy – honouring values and identity when wanted
At my core, I am person-centred: you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and care, offering a space where you can be seen and heard. I believe we all hold the capacity for growth within us, and under the right conditions, healing and change are possible.
